Argyll and Bute Council have announced that there is a new way to contact them!
They write:
“We’re making it easier for residents, businesses and visitors to access Council services with the introduction of WhatsApp as a new customer contact channel.
“You can now message us on 07860 064682 with non-confidential enquiries, giving you even more choice in how you get in touch.
“WhatsApp joins our existing telephone and email services, with our website also offering a range of online forms to report issues, request services and make payments.
“Our customer service centres remain open 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday, with virtual agents providing additional support outside these hours.
“Save our new WhatsApp number: 07860 064682 and enjoy another convenient way to contact us.
